Marcelle Cosmetics Cheek Loving Cheek and Lip Multi Sticks Review With Swatches

#ad Canadian Brand Marcelle Cosmetics' new Cheek Loving Cheek and Lip Multi-Sticks have definitely been giving me a huge Summer Glow Up! 🌞

I've been using them for over a month, and they have now become a part of my daily makeup routine. They are perfect for a quick and easy makeup look. With these Multi Sticks, I can quickly do my cheeks and lips, add Marcelle's Lash Loving Mascara, and I'm out the door! I love to apply them with a dense synthetic makeup brush. They blend like a dream onto my cheeks, and I like to pat the product onto my lips using my fingers. They are buildable and have excellent staying power.

There are 2 lighter shades, which include a light coral (Gently Coral) and a highlighter shade (Perfectly Nude). My favourites are the 2 darker shades; Classically Rose which is a deeper shade, and the Lusciously Berry, which is also a deeper shade but more sheer and glowy. The 2 darker shades give me that flushed, healthy-looking summer glow that I love right now. I like to blend those shades across my cheeks and nose and even blend it up into my temples. This look is having a moment right now, and I'm here for it 🙌. I often pat some of the highlight shade onto the tops of my cheeks and brow bone. You can really have fun mixing and matching these shades!

I can honestly say these are the best cream cheek and lip products that I've used, even compared to high-end ones that I've used. They are perfect for my aging skin and give me a more youthful appearance. I am really enjoying using these and love the looks that I achieve!

They contain skin-loving ingredients like sweet almond oil, vitamin E, and meadowfoam seed oil.

These products are paraben-free, hypoallergenic, cruelty-free, dermatologist tested, vegan, and won't clog your pores.

The price is right, and I can already tell that one tube will last forever.

Which shade is your favourite?

Available on Marcelle.com, Amazon Canada, Walmart, and most major drugstores.

Clinique Pop Lip and Cheek Oil in Black Honey Review and Swatch

Clinique knocked it out of the park with their new Clinique Pop Lip and Cheek Oil in their infamous shade Black Honey (also available in Pink Honey).

The hydrating formula helps condition lips with a nourishing blend of oils: safflower oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, sunflower seed oil, and castor oil.

I'm so glad that this iconic lip shade is now available in a lip and cheek oil. I find it to be very hydrating for my dehydrated lips, making them appear smoother, hydrated, and more youthful. It also adds the perfect hint of tint to my lips and cheeks. It's a beautiful, sheer, plummy brown shade that would suit many skin tones.

                Above: Single-layer swatch

I've been wearing it daily on my lips and occasionally on my cheeks when I'm in a hurry. It really is the perfect shade for any occasion. It's easy to take on the go, and the doe foot applicator makes it easy to apply to both cheeks and lips. I love that it's not sticky at all, and the thin formula will make it go far.

I'm truly loving this! It's the perfect everyday shade that keeps my lips hydrated. If you're a fan of Clinique's original Black Honey lip products, you'll probably love this too! 💋

This product is allergy tested. 100% fragrance free!

Available on Amazon.com - 7ml/ $27USD

Fashion Finds: Vince Camuto Hinch Rain Boots in Black!

I don't often blog about fashion. It's actually my first love! Yes, before makeup and skin care but not by far. I've just loved fashion for as long as I can remember. When I'd come home from kindergarten and find out my mom went shopping for clothes for me, it always felt like the happiest day of my life!

My style is always evolving depending on my age and lifestyle etc. At this time I'm in a super-casual mode. But, I find super-casual can be stylish too!

I'd like to share more of my fashion finds. I'm a great bargain hunter- although this post isn't really a "bargain" item per say but they were on sale. hehe

This is my very first pair of designer boots. They are called the "Hinch" boot by Vince Camuto and they look a lot like my winter boots from Target but they're rain boots. I thought it seemed kind of funny that I finally get my first pair of designer boots and they're rain boots, like couldn't I have gotten a "real" boot.... If you know what I mean.

I love the style of these boots and they offer a lot more support and cushioning than a typical rain boot.

I thought they came just in time for the spring showers, but alas we are still getting wintry blasts..

I scored these boots on Shop.ca for 30% off with free shipping. The regular price was $140 and I paid $98.

Shop.ca has free shipping both ways which is great in case you need to return an item. If you've never shopped there before they have a lot of high end brands. I love the brands of jeans they carry, although I'd wait for a sale to purchase them. I got a Bench jacket from Shop.ca for my birthday in February and I love it!

Here's a link to their website if you want to check them out! They have a lot of housewares, jewelry, and other goods as well. It can get a little addicting.

You may see these boots again as I'm going to try to do a monthly round up of my purchases at the end of each month.

I hope you enjoyed seeing my first designer boot purchase.

Have you ever shopped at Shop.ca?  If so, what do you like to shop there for?

Amy
xoxo
