This all-natural and vegan soap is made with plant-based oils and is free of harmful chemicals. I'm partial to the lavender as I find the scent so soothing and relaxing and it's not overpowering at all. It just gives me and my shower a soft beautiful lavender scent and gives me that spa feeling. My partner loves the Tea Tree for its fresh scent and antibacterial properties. These bars do a great job at cleansing while hydrating at the same time. 

LAFE’S ORGANIC & NATURAL NON-NANO TINTED LIP BALMS-  $3.49-$4.99

Lafe has both USDA-certified organic lip balms as well as 100% natural non-nano mineral-tinted lip balms (my favourite!). These products are made with organic botanicals and oils and they are super hydrating. I'm more of a tinted lip balm kind of gal over lipstick for everyday use. These are hydrating and add just a hint of colour and shimmer to the lips. The tinted balms are available in 3 shades and add just a hint of colour. They are perfect for everyday wear, are super-hydrating, and add a nice sheen to lips making them look hydrated and plump.

Lafe's award-winning deodorants come in a large variety of scents and styles. Whether you like a stick formula, spray, or roll-on, Lafe's has you covered. My favourite is the Soothe with Lavender and Aloe in the stick formula, the scent is so fabulous I could just breathe it in all day! I found that the roll-on and spray worked just as well, and the spray formula doesn't sting my skin after shaving like some other deodorant sprays that I've tried. This has become my favourite natural deodorant as they truly keep odour at bay! My hubby's favourite is the Extra Strength Stick formula but he also keeps the spray version at work for a quick refresh. I had the pleasure of being the one to do the sniff test on him after he finished a full day of work after using these products and I was surprised that I could barely detect any stink whatsoever! 😃

Montlhy iHerb Haul: May- Health, Vitamins, Superfoods, and Beauty!

This month's iHerb haul is a small one but a good one! They were having a great sale, so I had to stock up on a few items.

I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to try out a new water on the market called Happy Water. I was able to trial this product through a product sampling company called Social Nature. My experience:

After trying Happy Water I'm wondering how much filtering my fridges filter is actually doing as the Happy Water taste was so pure & clean! I also love the added benefits of Happy Water; including the electrolytes, mineral and Lithia. And, I feel so good knowing that I'm putting all that good stuff into my body and none of the bad stuff.  I just couldn't stop drinking it and I finished the 5 litre box in 3 days! My friends and family all wanted my Happy Water and I had to fight them off from drinking all of it! We all love the packaging too, and that it's BPA free and has the ideal PH for our bodies. I think Happy Water did a great job with this product!

This product is also made in Canada, recyclable, and eco-friendly. I don't think I could ask for more!
