love that Nico's Organics puts their magnesium oil in a spray bottle. It's much easier to control the dose and less messy than my other magnesium oils that come with a pour spout. The recommended dose is 5 sprays per day so this bottle will last for a long time! It's so easy to use and very effective. This is a definite winner in my books!
