Elf Clear Lip Exfoliator Review | Hot or Not!?

e.l.f. Clear Lip Exfoliator

I heard a lot of hype about how great this Elf lip exfoliator is, so I had to pick one up and see for myself.

My lips are in such bad shape. Between age, dehydration and just having a lot of lines in my lips, I am the perfect candidate to really put this to the test.

Knowing that this product is made with soothing oils and sugar I didn't understand how it could work very well as I imagined that it would be too soft. Not so! It's actually very solid and hard but somehow it is not rough on the lips.

e.l.f. Clear Lip Exfoliator

After dampening my clean lips, I massage the lipstick shaped bullet around my lips for about a minute. I can see it removing the dead skin (I know, gross!).

Before

After

Above is a photo of my lips after exfoliating with this product. I am not wearing any gloss or lip balm or anything. My lips are left so soft and hydrated from the oils in the product and the dead skin has been removed.

Final Verdict:
This definitely works! It's powerful yet gentle. My dry and dehydrated lips are left soft and supple and most definitely exfoliated.

This product can be purchased here, and here.

Elf is a cruelty-free brand with many Vegan products. 🐰

Female Beauty: 4 Ways to Keep Your Body in Shape

Female Beauty: 4 Ways to Keep Your
Body in Shape
Media, men and society require women to take care of themselves and look their best. We must invest in ourselves if we want to be beautiful, but you must remember to do it for yourself and not for anyone else.

There are quite a few healthy choices women can make to feel and look better, from eating habits and regular physical activity to yoga and a little bit of pampering now and then. Just remember to accept who you are, with all your strengths and flaws, because how you think about yourself is reflected into all areas of your life.

You are what you eat

The first thing you need to do to get in shape and stay fit is to be aware of what you eat. Whether you want a curvy figure or shed excess weight, food plays an important role in helping you achieve your fitness goals. The saying “you are what you eat” could not be any truer. You should begin by being completely aware of what you are feeding your body each day.
Start writing a journal or use online tools like myfitnesspal or sparkpeople. But you have to be completely honest and absolutely vigilant. That means that you should include that handful of chips you munched while putting away the groceries and the stick of gum that you popped into your mouth while waiting at the signal.
The second step is to start eating healthy. This means that the bulk of your diet should consist of leafy greens and healthy snacks such as fresh fruits, lean meats or a handful of dry fruits. You can certainly allow yourself a treat now and then, no need to swear off Belgium chocolate-chip ice cream for life, but you need to limit yourself to a scope rather than a pint.
Avoid fad diets, binge eating, and incorporate nutritious and wholesome foods that will give you the energy to perform your activities throughout the day.
It doesn’t matter whether you have special dietary needs, healthy nutritious options are easily available.

No pain, no gain

You know the sauna belt they keep showing on TV that you just have to put on and it will melt away the inches while you sleep? It doesn’t work. Nor do any creams or quick weight loss solutions. Or even if they do work, they come at a price – they can affect our health and can be heavy on the wallet.
Exercising is what truly works wonders. Not crazy marathons like spending three hours a day in the gym for a whole week, but short sessions that can easily be introduced into your daily routine until they become a habit. Sure, there are women who have the time, resources and motivation to spend hours in the gym every day, but for most of us average folk, it is simply not sustainable in the long run.
Basic, no-equipment workouts will get you started on your road to having a better body, and are manageable and sustainable. Squats, triceps dips, lunges, push-ups, wall-sits, calf raises, planks and abdominal crunches are some great exercises to do at home. Do three sets of each at 10 to 20 reps for each exercise and try to do them at least once or twice a week. If you want to make some real progress, your exercise program should also include at least 30 to 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous aerobic exercise three to five times a week, with some stretching before and after to improve flexibility and help the body recover. You can also try brisk walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, rollerblading, gym classes or a game of tennis or squash.

Yoga

Practicing yoga can help you look more youthful and more radiant well into your old age, proving that the old saying “age is but a number” is indeed true. Regular yoga practice will not only help you achieve inner beauty but physical or outer beauty as well. The peace and wellbeing that fills your mind and spirit through yoga are reflected outward in the form of glowing skin and a lithe body.
Yoga helps lose excess weight and unwanted fat. It improves flexibility and helps maintain proper body posture, which is another essential element that makes you look more youthful. It also aids the absorption of nutrients at a cellular level, thus improving the body functions.

Best of all, practicing yoga regularly has been proven to considerably boost your mood, since it can greatly reduce stress levels, especially when incorporating pranayama or breathing exercises.

“Me” stuff

Pampering yourself and enjoying some "me time" are essential for your mental health and happiness. When you feel less stressed, you look better too. Most of us lead such hectic lives that we often forget to take care of ourselves and indulge a little. This can come in the form of a cup of soothing chamomile tea while we read a chick lit novel or a day spent at the spa, you name it!

Negative reviews at work, messy break-ups, gym and diet slip-ups are all discouraging. We need all the motivation we can get to stay on a healthy track rather than embarking on a marathon of pizza and chocolate.

Pampering yourself and being able to cheer yourself up through a new pair of dazzlingly silver high heels or a mani-pedi will make you look better, feel good and help pick yourself up and get back on your track.
Don’t just take our word for it, look at the stats! Researchers from Bishop’s University in Quebec who evaluated 15 studies involving more than 3,000 people are backing up our claims. The researchers found that those who were more self-compassionate—meaning they were kind to themselves when negative things happened rather than self-critical—also ate healthier, exercised more, slept better and stressed less than those who weren’t.
Doing something is always better than doing nothing. If you slipped up and had a doughnut on your way home from work, forgive yourself and go eat a salad. If you weren’t able to go to the gym today, do jumping jacks in the kitchen while the coffee brews.

If you have missed your yoga class, then a quick stretch before bed will help you sleep better. Keep in mind that your life is in your own hands and you have to make the right choices to stay healthy and happy.

Kat Von D Saint & Sinner Eau De Parfum Review #SaintandSinner

Are you a Saint or a Sinner?! πŸ‘ΌπŸ˜ˆ As you can see by my photo, I can't totally decide, I think I might be a bit of both! Thanks to @influensterca @influenster & @katvondbeauty I received samples of Kat Von D's new Saint and Sinner Eau De Parfum's.

Saint is described as Classic Floral. Key notes are; Vanilla, Musk, Jasmine. I find this scent very fresh, sweet, and playful. This is my favourite and it's right up my alley. Although it has musk listed as a key note, I do not detect the musk in it. I would definitely purchase this scent and I'm SUPER picky when it comes to my fragrances.

Sinner is described as Warm and Spicy. Key notes are; Patchouli, Wood, Cinnamon. This one is more of a sexy, sultry scent. It has a musky scent to it. I'm personally not a fan of musk, but if it's something you are a fan of you will probably like this fragrance. I've also worn them together and I'm quite a fan of that.

I find that Saint is perfect for daytime and Sinner is perfect for night!

I'll be wearing Saint on the regular and both worn together when I want something more sensual and sexy.

I'm so grateful to Influenster and Kat Von D for introducing me to these fabulous new fragrances! What about you? Are you a Saint or a Sinner!?

These products are available on Sephora.com

Kat Von D is a cruelty-free brand!

If you would like to join Influenster to test and review products, feel free to use this link and skip the wait!

I received Kat Von D's new Saint and Sinner Eau De Perfum samples complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes. πŸ’‹ #theresurrectionisreal #voxbox #complimentary #saintandsinner

iHerb Haul | Health, Beauty, Supplements, Heart Health

I've placed so many recent iHerb orders and I've gotten way behind in sharing my new finds, so I'm literally sharing this one right after it arrived!

I decided I needed to try out a new multivitamin, so I did some research (found a great resource for that linked here). I went with an inexpensive one by Now Foods but it's highly ranked and rated. Of course, while I'm on iHerb's website, I had to stock up on some essentials and throw in a beauty product, too.

I will provide links to each product in the headings. I won't be listing the prices as they are constantly changing.

Here are the deets on my purchases...

Madre Labs CocoCeps
This is my go-to cocoa powder for my morning smoothie. It gives me energy to start my day and has healthy immune boosting mushrooms.

"CocoCeps is a Premium, Certified Organic, 100% Natural (Non-Alkalized) Dark Cocoa Beverage, containing a Full-Spectrum Blend of Micronized Cordyceps and Reishi Mushrooms. This innovative Cocoa Blend from Madre Labs is the first to use MicroFungi – micronized mushroom powders, specially processed to greatly reduce particle size and assist with bioavailability."

Now Foods Eve Women's Multivitamin
This is the multi vitamin that I settled on after doing some research. It's highly rated and has great reviews. It met most of my criteria but not all. We all have our own need and it can be tough to find a vitamin that has everything that you want but this was the closest. Now to try this product and see if it makes a difference.

With cranberry, alpha lipoic acid, CoQ10, superfruits, pomegranate, acai, and mangosteen. This formula contains iron.

Healthy Origins CoQ10
This has been my go-to CoQ10 for years. I have heart issues, including Mitral Valve Prolapse and was recently retested and the results showed that my heart issues have dramatically improved! I can't prove that it's the Q10 but it's what I've been taking since I was diagnosed over 10 years ago. This is a supplement that I will never be without. I believe that Q10 is important for anyone over the age of 40 as our bodies produce less Q10. I've done my research and I find no reason to switch to the more expensive version Ubiquinol! This product is non-GMO. *(This is currently on sale for only $3.00. It went on sale the day after I place my order, of course).

"Healthy Origins CoQ10 (Ubiquinone) is a naturally occurring substance that facilitates the production of cellular energy. In every cell in your body there are small engines called mitochondria. Ninety-five percent of the total energy created within the body comes from these mitochondria, and none of it can take place without CoQ10. Our 100% natural (trans-isomer) CoQ10 is produced exclusively through a yeast fermentation process and is pharmaceutical grade, the highest quality available."

Link to a research article on various types of CoQ10.

Mercola Ubiquinol for Pets (263 pumps per bottle)
I started my cat on this Q10 for pets a few months ago. I can see a difference with his health and only wish that I started him on this sooner. I put it on his wet food and luckily, he laps it up as if he knows that it's good for him. I will never stop giving him this product. This is actually just a backup bottle so I don't run out.

From Mercola:
"Cells use CoQ10 to support their energy and growth. Cells with the fastest turn over – like heart cells, mouth tissue cells, intestinal mucosal cells and immune system cells –demand high levels of CoQ10."

  • Help optimize energy production for cells and bodily functions
  • Help support optimal heart health
  • Help protect cells against free radical damage
  • Help reduce the signs of normal aging that are caused by oxidative stress
  • Help support optimal immune function
  • Help support optimal brain and nervous system function

Eco Tools Dry Brush
I love dry brushing! It has many benefits. I got out of the habit of dry brushing mostly because I forget to do it before my shower. My previous dry brush has a big long handle and it's hanging up on the other side of my bathroom so I never reach for it. I had my eye on this dry brush because it's so compact that I think I'll be able to keep it handy and reach for it more. I saw this brush on other websites for over $17.00!! This was only $3.02 on iHerb so I had to throw it in my cart!

"Use the Ecotools Dry Body Brush to gently brush using long, upward strokes. Start with your legs, then midsection, then arms. Always rushing in an upward motion. Regular dry brushing exfoliates and detoxifies improving appearance and leaving skin soft, smooth and glowing."

Link to benefits of dry brushing.

I hope you enjoyed seeing this month's iHerb haul! It's my favourite place to purchase my health products as the prices are so low and shipping is cheap and fast. I paid $2.00 shipping for this whole order and received my order in 2 days (I chose DHL shipping with prepaid taxes, it's much cheaper this way).

You can get 5% off your entire order with this link
(good for all orders, every time,  as well as all customer, new and old).

How To Find The Best And Safest Vitamins & Supplements

Hi everyone,

I'm sorry for the lack of posts lately but I've been under the weather.

While I've been down and out, I've been looking for some new supplements to take for my health. As I'm sure you all know, there are so many supplements to choose from and it can become quite confusing and even overwhelming. You want the best but don't always want to spend an arm and a leg. Plus, there's always those questions about quality and whether or not the supplements you choose actually have the quantities and values claimed.

I came across a great resource that I want to share with you today: https://labdoor.com/ provides 3rd party testing on all kinds of vitamins and supplements. Whether you want to look up fish oils or multi vitamins etc. You can click on the supplement category that you want to research and then refine your search even more if you choose to. Then you can see the list of supplements based on ranking. Products are rated on label accuracy, product purity, nutritional value, ingredient safety, and projected efficacy. And, lastly, there is a "see full report" link at the bottom of the page for each product.

I was really surprised at a lot of the rankings. Some of the cheaper products were rated higher than some of the most expensive ones!

About Labdoor

Categories

Click on https://labdoor.com/rankings to see the categories. The screenshot above is an example of what you will find.

Currently, Labdoor has tested 32 supplement categories. At the top of the "rankings" page, there is a tab if you want to see upcoming categories.

Here is an example if you search multi vitamins. You can select to view the rankings by quality or value. I was focused on quality, results shown below.

eg. Top multi vitamins displayed

Detailed Report:

Shown above and below are examples of what a report looks like once you select a specific product. I actually ended up ordering this one from Now Foods.

In addition to this site, I also find that iHerb.com is a great resource. Not only is the main place where I purchase my supplements because they have the best prices and super-cheap shipping, but they also have very helpful reviews on the products they carry. Plus, they have links on their site so you can search by "condition" to find recommended supplements as well as a drug/supplement interaction checker.

I hope you find these resources as helpful as I have!

Have a great week, everyone!

Nip & Fab Glycolic Fix And Dragon's Blood Skincare | Review

Nip & Fab is a brand that I've heard some buzz about but I really didn't know much about their products. Nip & Fab is a UK beauty brand that specializes in high-quality skincare made with innovative and cutting edge ingredients at affordable prices. Their popular Glycolic, Dragon's Blood and Syn®-ake lines target to smooth, firm, hydrate, and tighten the skin. They also have a range of body care and more recently have added a makeup range for "selfie-ready looking skin."

I was really excited when Nip & Fab reached out to me to test out their Glycolic and Dragon's Blood lines.

What is Dragon's Blood!? That's what I NEEDED to know as soon as I read the ingredients...

Here is the answer from Nip & Fab's site:

Providing the ultimate hydration fix for the skin, our unique dragon’s blood fix range contains sap from the Croton Lechleri tree which acts as a ‘second-skin’ protective shield, helping to protect and soothe the skin and is ideal for those suffering from skin sensitivity and redness. With added hyaluronic acid, the holy grail ingredient for skin hydration, this provides intense moisture to dehydrated skin, leaving it feeling comforted and with a healthy hydrated plump glow.
Suitable for all skin types.

Let me start off by saying this is some serious skincare! I've been using these products for just over 3 weeks now and what I learned quite quickly is that these products are very powerful but also very gentle- a rare but wonderful combination. I could tell right away that these products were not made with a bunch of fillers, rather they are full of powerful ingredients that work quickly but are also gentle on the skin.

Nip & Fab sent me 4 products from their Glycolic and Dragon's Blood lines: I received the Glycolic Cleaning Fix, Dragon's Blood Cleansing Pads, Glycolic Fix Serum, and Dragon's Blood Fix Plumping Mask.

Glycolic Cleansing Fix

"Deeply cleansing and purifying for clear and radiant skin." This cleanser contains 7% glycolic acid which helps to exfoliate and retexturize the skin. With olive oil to cleanse and purify pores.

This product smells amazing! Like lemon verbena or lemon lime, not overpowering, just beautiful. A small amount goes a really long way! After 3 weeks of use, I've barely put a dent in it. I find that it thoroughly clenases my skin without stripping it and it's hydrating. My skin is left feeling very clean but not dry.

150ml £7.95

Dragon's Blood Fix Cleansing Pads

The Hydrating Cleansing Pads are enriched with hyaluronic acid for hydration, salicylic acid to deep cleanse pores, dragon's blood to comfort and restore through skin hydration, and witch hazel to help reduce the appearance of imperfections.

I use these pads after cleansing with the Glycolic Cleansing Fix. They are super saturated with product. They are potent but gentle. They further deep cleanse my skin and pores and leave my skin hydrated, brighter, and clearer.

60 pads £9.95

Glycolic Fix Serum

This pore minimizing serum contains 4% glycolic acid which further reduces the appearance of pores, improves texture, and smoothes lines and wrinkles. Created with pore refining ingredient PoreAway, which further reduces the look of enlarged pores, and Aloe Vera to soothe and calm the skin.

This is my 3rd step in this regimen. A little goes a long way with this clear serum. It absorbs fully into the skin, leaving no greasy residue. It's another potent product that is also gentle on my skin. It steps up this skincare game even more. I apply it before my moisturizer.

30ml £14.95

Dragon's Blood Fix Plumping Mask

This intensely hydrating mask combines skin perfecting ingredients to plump wrinkles, and refine the skin's appearance for a brighter, more youthful look. With hyaluronic acid to hydrate and plump the skin, amino acids to brighten the skin, salicylic acid to cleanse pores and exfoliate, glycerin to add moisture, dragon's blood to comfort and restore through hydration, and TEGO cosmo c 250 to brighten skin and fade age spots!

The directions say that you can leave the mask on for anywhere from 10 minutes to overnight for a more intense treatment. It soaks right it so wearing it overnight shouldn't be a problem. So far I've only used it for 10-20 minutes at a time. It's highly moisturizing and non-irritating. It really adds to the effects of this whole line to further hydrate, plump, and brighten my skintone and gives immediate results.

50ml £14.95

I was hesitant to try out these products right away as I was suffering from breakouts from some previous products that contained DMAE which I guess didn't agree with my skin. I usually wait until my skin normalizes before beginning new products, but I decided to start the Nip & Fab line right away. Am I ever glad that I did!

I only used the products in the morning as I use Retin-A at night. Using the Glycolic acid was the perfect adjunct to my Retin-A treatment as the Retin-A increases cell turnover and the glycolic acid exfoliates the dead skin build up on the surface of my skin. I began to see results on the second day!

Forehead alert!
🠟

I never thought that I'd be sharing bare-faced, acne-ridden, makeup-free close-ups of my aging skin on the internet but the results were so great that I just had to share. These photos were all taken 2 weeks after starting this line.

There are no filters used and I have no makeup on in any of the photos. I did my best to get the same lighting and angles.

The photos were taken exactly 2 weeks after starting the Nip & Fab products. Photos are taken with the same camera without any filters and I did my best to get the same lighting which proved difficult. But, hopefully, you can see how much my skin has cleared up.

The active breakouts that I had are gone! And, the old scars began to fade within a few days and continue to do so. My skin is more even toned and less red. My skin is noticeably brighter and clearer. On day 3 of using this line, I actually considered going out without makeup! Okay, not going to happen, but I did think about it.

I've been using this regimen for 3 weeks now, just once a day, and now my pores are barely visible! Bigger pores have come with age for me and thanks to these products I see a huge reduction in their appearance.

As you can see from the before pictures, my skin can be very reactive. That was the result from testing out another brand's skincare line. I did not experience any irritation, redness, or new breakouts at all with Nip & Fab's products.

I really impressed with this line, the results were way beyond any expectations that I could have had and the products worked so quickly to change my skin!! And, the price points are amazing!

I think this line would be suitable for anyone wanting to improve the look their skin. Whether you're dealing with breakouts, acne scarring, lines and wrinkles, or just want clearer and brighter skin!

You can learn more and shop Nip & Fab here!

Let me know if you've tried this line and what you are loving? I'd love to try more from this line!

ps. I'm linking up for Monday Makeup Madness!

How To Stop Your Cat or Dog From Itching!

If you have an itchy pet, I have a solution- Natural Pet Pharmaceuticals Skin & Itch Homeopathic Formula for cats, and Formula for dogs.

This formula states that it's for:

  • Excessive licking
  • Dermatitis
  • Scratching
  • Hair loss
  • Irritated skin
  • Red, burning, itchy, dry, rough, scaly, chapped or cracked skin.
  • Rashes
  • Flea bite dermatitis
  • Hot spots
  • Skin eruptions
  • And, generally unhealthy skin
  • It does NOT state that it's for allergies but it definitely relieved the itching from our cat's allergies

I've personally used homeopathic remedies for years! They are totally safe and have no contraindications with medications. If you are not familiar with homeopathic remedies, they are like minute traces of substances that work in the body to help the body heal itself. A composition remedy like this one has more than one remedy in it. A lot of homoeopathic purists don't believe in compositions and only like to use single remedies. I use whatever works.

My cat was itching so much, like intense itching. He would get ear infections and the Vet would give him antibiotics for his ears. Then more itching and another infection and more antibiotics. This went on and on. The only recommendation that the Doctor made was to give him Benadryl, which was a total disaster for our cat and not an option.

We couldn't figure out why our cat getting all of these ear infections and the Doctor didn't offer any answers. After purchasing this homeopathic remedy on a whim, not only did the itching stop but so did the ear infections. So, it turns out that he must have been getting the ear infections from all of the scratching, not the other way around.

This product worked the very first day that we gave it to him. I watched him like a hawk to see if he would scratch and saw him scratch probably 2 times in 3 days! What a relief. My poor guy must have been suffering from all that itchiness and couldn't say anything!

This product is tasteless and odourless. You just add the product to your pet's water (amount is based on weight) and as they drink their water, they ingest the product and then you can enjoy watching as your pet finally gets relief.

I am so relieved that we finally have a solution and the ear infections and intense itching are now history! No more infections and antibiotics, scratched eyes, or suffering for my babe!

This product is also guaranteed to work or you get your money back!

This product is sugar-free, gluten-free and alcohol-free, safe, and all natural.

The price varies but it seems to range anywhere from approximately $12 to $20 for 4 oz's.

I purchased mine on Amazon and received it within 2 days. You can read more or order here for cats, and here for dogs.

This line also has remedies for other ailments which I plan to try.

Have you tried this product? If you do, let me know how it works for you!

Monthly Empties | Skincare, Beauty, Makeup, Pet Health

I seriously can't believe it's already time for another empties post. You can view my last empties if you like.. linked here.

I am trying to keep up with these posts so I can get them up before I have a ridiculous amount of products to talk about.

As always, I will share mini-reviews and links to products where possible in the product heading. If I can't find the exact product I will do my best to link to something similar.

Makeup

Reviva Labs Makeup Primer
I didn't get to finish this before the expiry date. #feelingguilty I am just not one to do too many steps unless it's for a special occasion. And, this product just added yet another step to my already large skincare and makeup regimen. I like that it's an all natural product and it works but I would prefer a multi-tasking product like a BB cream with a primer built in. This product is cruelty-free.

Repurchase- Yes, if needed

Physicians Formula Talc-Free Mineral Wear Matte Finishing Veil
I bought this in a kit for such a great price and I actually only purchased it for the blush that's in the kit, but I ended up loving this product too! But, I hate the packaging so I transferred it to another container and now I'm thoroughly enjoying it. It gives me just the finish that I want without being cakey or accentuating pores like some powders do. It just perfects and mattifies the look of my skin. It also doesn't change or add any more colour to my face. Bonus- this is cruelty-free! PLEASE change the packaging on this PF!!

Repurchase- oh yeah!

Dior Lip Maximizer Collagen Activ Lip Plumper
I received this product from my Instagram friend, Viv @pancakesandlippies. I adore this product and I went through it quite fast. I kept it on my bedside table and applied in AM and PM every single day. I did feel that it improve the look and feel of my lips!

Repurchase- No, but only because of the price!

Real Techniques Complexion Sponge
This is my go-to makeup blending sponge and this one was softer than my current batch for some reason. This one just kept going and going... no mold issues (like a previous one had), no tears. I just replaced it because I felt that I should. You can't go wrong with these sponges and I always buy the slightly more economical 2 pack.

Repurchase- Definitely!

Skincare

Castile soap seems to have endless uses. From cleaning your floors, your home, your body, face, makeup brushes etc. I mainly used this to clean my makeup brushes every week and it lasted for about 2 years. It cleanses really well and leaves my brushes super soft.

Repurchase- Yes (any brand will do)

I crave this scent at the start of every spring. It's so fresh and ahhhhh. I just can't explain it! In the winter months, I use the same lotion in the lavender scent. It's very hydrating and even helps with the goosebumps on the back of my arms.

Repurchase- Yes

This was recommended to me by a professional esthetician. It's great for so many skin issues, including acne flare ups! I use a drop or two mixed with my night cream and blend into my face and neck. You need so little that it lasts for a long time. One issue is that it's only a liquid in warmer temperatures so you have to warm it up under the running tap water when it starts to become more solid.

Repurchase- yes

Healthcare/ Supplements

I picked this up on a whim. It tastes great and I found that it helped with my sleep issues but not if I took too much. I also found that it did wonders for my heart issues as it relaxes the heart muscles just like it does all of the muscles in our bodies. It's also great for bone health. I took one tablespoon in the evening 2 hours away from any medications.

Repurchase- Yes

Calm Magnesium Chloride Oil
I had heard about magnesium oil so I thought I'd give it a shot. It's a topical oil and although it's called an oil, it's not greasy. It did great things for my sleep issues but finding the right dose is a balancing act. If I used too much my sleep became more restless (same for magnesium that I take orally). There is no warning on the label, but make sure not to apply it anywhere that you have cuts or scratches, the natural salt content will burn! Otherwise, you don't feel it but you MUST wash your hands after applying it to your body as you do NOT want to touch your eyes with the residue on your hands! This should also be a warning on the label. I found out the hard way. My Dr. recommended that I apply it to the back of my knees for better absorption. Although this is great for sleep and other issues, it doesn't work for regularity the same way that oral magnesium does, at least for me. I highly recommend this and have purchased a huge bottle by Health and Wisdom Inc. I really need to do a whole post on the wonders of this oil!

Repurchase- Yes, already purchased another brand.

True Raw Choice Colloidal Silver for Pets
I purchase mine at my local Pet Valu and was unable to find a place to purchase this online. I recommend all cat and dog owners keep this on hand for your pets health needs. Colloidal Silver is reported as a treatment to fight more than 650 different viruses, bacteria, fungi and disease organisms found in pets but will not affect healthy cells around the infection. Reported to help with wounds, arthritis, nerves and stress, blood cirdulatory cleanser, eyes, ears, cankers, sinus, muscle and joints, bones and ligaments, allergens, pollution and skin problems. The uses seem endless!

Dr Mercola Ubiquinol Q10 for Pets
This is another product that I cannot recommend highly enough for your cat or dog. I have seen huge benefits for my cat since starting this product. I take Q10 myself and I wish I had started my cat on this years ago! But, better late than never. I put one pump on his wet food twice a day. Luckily, he laps it up. Sometimes he eats just the Q10 and leaves his food, it's like he knows it makes him feel good. He's often seen charging around the house after his dose. This bottle lasts me about 3 months. The dosage depends on your pet's weight so this will vary for everyone. Cats can be so picky so you never know what they will take. I also got him the Mercola Astaxanthin (another super antioxidant) as a preventative measure, but my cat wont even go near that one.
