NeoStrata CC Cream

I love multi tasking products! This CC cream is your moisturizer, SPF, tinted cream, and anti-aging product all in one.

It contains SPF 30, 0.1% Retinol,  anti-aging peptide Matrixyl™ 3000, plus light reflecting pigments.

It is virtually unscented which I really appreciate. It has a very faint scent of sunscreen which doesn't linger at all. It's very emollient. As you can see, the tiny amount pictured above on my hand spreads out to cover a lot of areas as shown in the photo below. I've tried several application methods and I find that I get the best results with my Real Techniques Complexion Sponge. The coverage is very light and I do need to powder afterward.

As you can see, the shade is fairly light with a nice neutral undertone. I think this would be a good shade for most fair - medium skin beauties. I don't see any other shades on NeoStrata's website. It would be nice if they offered a few more shades. Although this states that it's a "universal tint," I'm not sure how it would work on darker skin tones.

Overall thoughts:
I do love how multi-tasking this product is. It's especially great when you don't have time to use a separate SPF, moisturizer, anti-aging serum, and tinted moisturizer. However, I also find that I can use other anti-aging products and moisturizers before this product if I have the time or inclination.

I've been using this product daily for over a month. I find that it really agrees with my skin. My reactive skin hasn't had any irritation or breakouts. I also use prescription Retin-A at night and even though this also has Retin-A, it's in such a low percentage at 0.1% so I haven't had any adverse reactions from it. If anything, it's upping the ante on my Retin-A game which I'm all for!

If you want more coverage, you may want to use a powder foundation over top of it to get that extra coverage as this is quite sheer.
