Although I love to workout to be healthy it would be nice to lose weight after putting in all that work. lol. I love J.M 30 Day Shred and have used it during this journey of mine. I'm not willing to give up my ice cream either. I am enjoying the daily morning walks I've started, hopefully it will help with the weight loss.
