  1. I've had IBS for about 15yrs now. I'm an emotional eater and anything like bread, cookies, cake (anything sweet really) can knock me into an attack. My attacks usually come at night and can last hours. The pain is horrific for me and I get a "flop" sweat; I've even fallen asleep on the toilet. I've had a colonoscopy and its all good, so it has to be food and sometimes stress gets me. I just can't eat very much.

      I have had IBS my entire life. Ever since I started taking Garden of Life Probiotics over 20 years ago, my IBS has been under control.
